Website scope and independence
1
Informational website scope
Aceand Marble provides general information about a restaurant-oriented offline poker experience. The website describes restaurant dining, Texas Hold’em, poker tables, poker nights, chip-based participation, hosted sessions and a refined card-room atmosphere so that adults can better understand the character of the experience before considering it.
It may also include strategy and responsible-play guidance, gallery material, frequently asked questions, and registration or contact information. These materials are descriptive and practical in purpose. They are not presented as the operation, sale, administration or management of gambling activity, and they should be read in the adult hospitality context in which they appear.
Important clarification
2. Independent status and no official affiliation
Aceand Marble is independent and is not affiliated with any official casino, gambling operator, poker brand or card room. References to poker, tables, cards, chips or hosted sessions describe the offline restaurant experience only. They do not represent an official affiliation, endorsement, operational relationship or ownership arrangement with another organisation.

Adults aged 21 and over
Access to this website and to the experience it describes is restricted to guests aged 21 and over. If you are under 21, please do not continue to use this website or rely on its information when considering the described restaurant and hosted poker setting. This is Aceand Marble’s stated access restriction and is presented clearly so visitors can make an informed decision before reading further.

Your responsibility for access
Each visitor is responsible for ensuring that their use of this website, and any interest in the offline experience described, is appropriate for them and consistent with applicable requirements. Website information is not a substitute for checking relevant current conditions, venue directions or practical details that may apply to a visit or hosted session.
Please make considered adult choices about access and participation, rather than expecting the website to make that decision for you.

Offline restaurant poker information
This website describes an offline hospitality experience that may include restaurant dining, Texas Hold’em, poker tables, hosted sessions, poker nights, cards and poker chips. These elements are presented as part of a restaurant and hosted social setting, with an emphasis on a composed card-room atmosphere and responsible adult entertainment.
Information about these elements is not a statement that every feature is available at every time or for every visit. The site uses descriptive language to help visitors understand the format and atmosphere; it does not make claims about stakes, wagering, operator services or any activity beyond the offline restaurant experience described.
Key limitation
6. No monetary claims or guaranteed outcomes
This website does not present monetary claims, winnings, financial rewards or guaranteed outcomes. Poker chips are referenced only in relation to the offline restaurant poker experience described by Aceand Marble. No website content should be interpreted as a promise of value, a result or a financial benefit.
The information is intended to explain a hosted social and dining context. It does not suggest that chips carry monetary value, and it does not ask visitors to infer a reward or outcome from references to cards, tables, Texas Hold’em or poker nights.
Considered participation
Responsible participation and rules
7
Responsible participation
Participation should remain responsible. Visitors should make considered choices about whether the restaurant and hosted poker experience described is suitable for them, their group and the occasion. This applies equally to beginners seeking a social introduction, experienced players reviewing the format, and groups planning a shared hospitality experience.
Respect personal limits and the social environment. If participation is not appropriate for you, pause or refrain rather than treating website information as an encouragement to continue. Aceand Marble presents responsible entertainment, and the website should be read with that practical adult context in mind.
- Consider suitability. Decide whether the experience is appropriate for you before taking part.
- Respect limits. Pause or refrain where participation does not feel suitable.
- Keep it social and responsible. Treat the setting with consideration for others.
8
Australian laws and venue rules
Visitors and participants are responsible for complying with applicable Australian laws and venue rules. Relevant venue rules, directions, conditions or access requirements may affect what is appropriate or available in connection with a visit or hosted session. Aceand Marble does not claim to set aside, replace or grant permission beyond those requirements.
As a sensible planning step, check current information and follow venue directions before relying on details connected with the experience.
